Game It Up Waiver & Participation Policies
Your safety and enjoyment are important to us. By participating in activities at Game It Up, you agree to follow our safety rules, staff instructions, and applicable participation policies.
General Participation Rules
Participation Is Voluntary
Participation in Game It Up activities is voluntary. Customers should only participate in activities that they feel comfortable and physically able to perform.
Follow Staff Instructions
Customers must follow all instructions given by Game It Up staff before and during an activity.
Safe Behaviour
Pushing, reckless behaviour, deliberate collisions, misuse of equipment, and other dangerous behaviour are not permitted.
Staff Authority
Game It Up staff may stop an activity or ask a guest to leave an attraction if their behaviour creates a safety risk.
Assumption of Risk
Game It Up attractions may involve physical activity, movement, speed, obstacles, equipment, or other inherent risks. Customers voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with participating in recreational activities and agree to follow all safety instructions.
Safety Rules
Customers Must
- Follow staff instructions at all times.
- Use equipment only as intended.
- Stop immediately when instructed by staff.
- Report accidents, injuries, or damaged equipment.
Prohibited Behaviour
- Pushing or deliberately causing collisions.
- Reckless use of attractions or equipment.
- Deliberate damage to Game It Up property.
- Participation while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Activity-Specific Policies
Go-Karting
Drivers must follow all track rules and staff instructions. Reckless driving and intentional collisions are prohibited.
- Remain seated while driving.
- Follow track and speed instructions.
- No intentional collisions.
- No reckless driving.
Inflatable Park
Guests must follow the rules displayed within the inflatable area and follow staff instructions.
- No pushing or rough play.
- Follow applicable age requirements.
- Remove prohibited items where required.
- Follow staff instructions.
Virtual Reality
VR equipment must be used carefully and according to the instructions provided by Game It Up staff.
- Use equipment responsibly.
- Follow staff instructions.
- Report discomfort immediately.
Arcade & Games
Customers must use arcade machines, controllers, and other equipment responsibly.
- No intentional damage.
- Use machines as intended.
- Follow staff instructions.
Flash Grid
Participants should follow the instructions provided before starting each challenge.
- Follow challenge instructions.
- Avoid dangerous physical behaviour.
- Stop when instructed by staff.
Minors & Guardian Responsibility
Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are responsible for supervising children where required. Guardians must ensure that children meet the applicable age, height, weight, or other requirements for each attraction.
Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Game It Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Guests should keep valuable items secure.
Injuries & Incident Reporting
Any injury, accident, equipment issue, or safety concern should be reported to Game It Up staff immediately. Customers may be required to complete an incident report following an accident.
Photography & Video
Game It Up may take photographs or videos during activities, events, or visits for marketing, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. Where applicable, customers may be provided with an option to indicate that they do not wish to appear in promotional material.
Booking & Payment Policy
Bookings
All bookings are subject to the applicable Game It Up booking terms, availability, attraction requirements, and package conditions.
Payments & Refunds
Customers should confirm the attraction, package, duration, number of participants, and applicable price before making payment. Refunds and changes are subject to the applicable Game It Up policy.
Waiver Acknowledgement
By participating in Game It Up activities, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable safety rules and participation requirements and agree to follow Game It Up staff instructions.
Game It Up staff may stop a customer's participation or remove a guest from an attraction if safety rules or staff instructions are not followed.
